摘  要:加工过程中的热处理对纤维的聚集态结构变化具有重要的影响。采用二维X射线衍射仪研究了高强涤纶工业丝分别经过25,75,125,175,225℃温度热处理后其结晶度和晶区取向度的变化。结果表明:在较低的热处理温度区域(25~75℃),随着热处理温度升高,高强涤纶工业丝的非晶区分子链段开始活动,晶区结构变得松散,结晶度下降,进一步升高热处理温度至125℃时,纤维晶区发生重结晶现象,结晶度略微增长,而热处理温度升高至175~225℃时,纤维逐渐熔融,结晶度显著下降;随着热处理温度升高,高强涤纶工业丝(010)晶面和(100)晶面的晶区取向度降低,(-110)晶面的晶区取向度增加,但纤维的晶区总取向度随热处理温度的升高而增加,主要是由(-110)晶面的晶区取向度增加导致。Heat treatment has a significant influence on the aggregation structure of fibers during the processing process.The change of the crystallinity and degree of orientation in crystal region of high-tenacity polyester industrial yarns was studied after heat treatment at 25,75,125,175 and 225℃by two-dimensional X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the amorphous molecular chains of high-tenacity polyester industrial yarns began to move,the structure became loose in crystal region and the crystallinity decreased with the increase of heat treatment temperature in the lower temperature range of 25-75℃;recrystallization occurred in the crystal region and the crystallinity increased slightly when the heat treatment temperature continuously rose to 125℃;the industrial yarns were gradually molten and the crystallinity decreased significantly when the heat treatment temperature continued to rise to 175-225℃;the degree of orientation in crystal region of polyester industrial yarns decreased on(010)and(100)crystal planes and increased on(-110)crystal plane when the heat treatment temperature was elevated;and the total degree of orientation in crystal region of polyester industrial yarns increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature,which was attributed to the growth of degree of orientation in crystal region on(-110)crystal plane.
