基于西门子802D系统实现数控机床冷却及润滑控制

摘　　要：该文以CK6140数控车床冷却与润滑控制功能的实现为例,基于西门子802D系统冷却与润滑控制子程序,从冷却及润滑控制系统电气原理图入手,介绍了冷却与润滑系统的PLC编程方法。通过数控系统PLC程序调试,验证了机床冷却与润滑功能满足要求。Based on the cooling and lubrication control subroutine of Siemens 802D system,the thesis takes the CK6140 NC lathe's function of realization of cooling and lubrication control for example.And it initiates from the electrical schematic diagram of the cooling and lubrication control system,and introduced the PLC programming method of cooling and lubrication system.By debugging the PLC program of NC system,the cooling and lubrication functions of the machine tool are verified to meet the requirements.
