摘 要:在某运载火箭研制阶段,海南发射场地面风统计数据表明,实测地面风速远大于内陆发射场地面最大风速10m/s的设计指标,这对火箭的设计和适应性都带来较大影响。为确保火箭转场过程中的安全,某火箭在发射平台脐带塔和火箭级间段之间增加防风减载装置,以降低芯一级尾部弯矩载荷,保证结构安全。通过试验验证,增加防风减载装置后,弯矩和位移分别能够减小48%和60%,减载效果达到设计目的。In the satge of rocket develepment,the ground wind satatistics of Hainan launch site show that the measured wind speed is much greater than 10m/s of inland launch site,which has a great impact on the design and adapatability of rocket.In order to ensure the safety of the rocket in the process of the vertical transport mission,a wind-proof load-reducing device is added between the umbilical tower and launch vehicle's interstage to reduce the trail bending moment load and ensure the safety of the structure.The test results show that the moment and displacement can be reduced by 48%and 60%respectively after adding the load-reducing device,and the effect can achieve the design purpose.
