摘 要:采用喷水降噪技术是控制大型火箭发射燃气流噪声的有效手段。基于国外喷水降噪技术调研及国内喷水降噪技术实践分析,提出大型火箭发射喷水降噪技术应结合发射技术形式,充分提高喷水与燃气的质量流量比例,同时采用分级组合、高位自动喷水方式,其效果取决于喷水降噪技术机理研究。喷水降噪技术机理理论研究已由依托工程化预示向数值预示领域推进,重点发展了有限体积法与有限元法结合的综合预示方法,目前主要在单喷管火箭自由喷流噪声数值预示方面取得进展。喷水降噪技术机理试验研究建立了子样比较丰富的喷流噪声小尺度试验模型,提出了各具特色的喷水降噪试验相似参数及其控制方法,逐步推进了加热空气介质的小尺度喷流试验、模拟推进剂介质的半模型喷流缩试验及全模型喷流缩试验,有效评估了大型火箭发射喷水降噪技术内在机理及降噪效果。Water suppression technology is an effective method to control the combustion gas jet noise during large rocket launching.Based on the foreign water suppression technology research and analysis of the domestic water suppression technology practice,article put forward the development of water suppression technology which should be combined with launch technology forms,fully improve the quality of water spraying and combustion gas jet flow rate,adopting the combination of classification and high way of automatic water spray.The effects of water suppression technology depend on the mechanism researches.Theoretical research on water suppression mechanism has been supported by engineering estimations to numerical simulations.Numerical simulations are being focused on the integrated method which combine with finite volume method for transient flow field simulating and finite element method for sound propagation simulating.With this integrated method,single nozzle free jet noise simulations are progressed carefully.From experimental research on water suppression mechanism,the rich samples of the jet noise are modeled in small scale test,the characteristic similarity parameters and control methods of water suppression test are put forward.With hot air medium small scaled tests and half scaled model tests and whole scaled model tests advanced gradually,the mechanisms and effects of water suppression technology for large rocket launching jet noise are evaluated progressively and effectively.
