摘 要:为了实现某型号管路及支架地面试验高效、准确模拟产品箭上复杂振动环境,通过夹具优化设计、采用内平衡系统、防失稳设计、使用振动设备低温防护等方法。解决了支架边界模拟、管路内力过大、波纹管易失稳、振动设备不适应低温环境、空间管路取样角度难以安装等问题,圆满完成管路及支架一系列地面振动试验,考核了产品的环境适应性,验证了可靠性指标。In order to realize the ground test of certain model pipeline and bracket,whose the complex vibration environment on the product rocket can be simulated efficiently and accurately,fixture optimization design,internal balance system,anti-instability design and low temperature protection of vibration equipment are used.The problems such as boundary simulation of bracket,excessive internal force of pipeline,instability of bellows,inadaptability of vibration equipment to low temperature environment and difficulty in installation of sampling angle of space pipeline are solved.A series of ground vibration tests of pipeline and bracket are successfully completed,and the environmental adaptability of the product is examined,and the reliability index is verified.
