摘　　要：针对光电式太阳跟踪适应性差的问题,设计了一种改进的光电式太阳跟踪仪。以设计的光筒式CMOS传感器采集太阳图像,采用基于迭代计算的连通域标记技术以及边缘遍历迭代算法准确提取太阳轮廓信息及太阳质心位置,并通过STM32控制双轴转台绕赤纬轴和时角轴转动,以平行四边形机构设计遮光装置,采用同步带方式与跟踪装置联动,实现太阳跟踪。系统时角轴和赤纬轴方向位置误差标准差分别为0.247°和0.295°,能够适应多云天气对太阳的准确跟踪。A new photoelectric solar tracking system is designed to solve the poor adaptability of photoelectric solar tracking method.A well designed tube photoelectric CMOS image sensor is used for real-time sun image acquisition,and the sun edge is extracted by the connected component labeling based on iterative computation and edge traversal iteration algorithm,therefore,the centroid can be obtained.STM32 is used to drive dual-axis motor,as well as the shading device is designed with parallelogram mechanism,and driven by solar tracker with the synchronous belt,so as to realize the stable linkage.It shows that the tracking system is effective to partial occlusions of sun.The standard deviation of the hour angle axis and the declination axis position errors are 0.247°and 0.295°,respectively.This indicates that the system has good tracking accuracy,and can apply to cloudy weather on the accurate tracking of the sun.
