摘 要:针对传统微带低通滤波器尺寸大、过渡带较缓、损耗大的问题,采用主传输线并联加载谐振单元及端口加载单枝节匹配网络的方法,设计一款基于并联枝节谐振单元的超宽阻带微带低通滤波器。仿真结果表明:该滤波器截止频率为2 GHz,通带回波损耗小于-15 dB,阻带抑制大于-20 dB,阻带范围延伸到10 GHz以上,实物测量结果与仿真结果吻合,实现了回波损耗小、过渡带陡峭和宽阻带。In order to solve the problem of the traditional microstrip low-pass filter large size,slow transition zone and large loss,an ultra-wide stopband microstrip low-pass filter based on parallel branch resonant unit was designed by using the main transmission line parallel loaded resonant unit and the port loaded the single branch matching network method.The stimulation results show that the cut-off frequency of the filter is 2 GHz,the return loss in passband is less than-15 dB,the stopband rejection is more than-20 dB,and the stopband range extends to more than 10 GHz.The physical measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation results,achieving the design goal of low return loss,steep transition zone and wide stop band.
