摘  要:为实现非制冷红外热像仪在手持设备上的应用,针对性的设计和实现了小型化、低功耗热像仪。该热像仪使用国产化非制冷红外探测器,硬件采用FPGA处理器和LPDDR2存储器,程序上将硬件逻辑算法与NIOSⅡ软核相结合,实现了红外探测器的时序驱动、TEC控制、非均匀性校正、图像增强算法和多种对外接口。对热像仪进行测试:该系统成像质量较高,系统功耗最小1.4 W,延时量小于1 ms,且系统具有较强的可拓展性,可在手持设备上使用。For the application of uncooled infrared imaging system on hand devices,a miniaturized,low power consumption imaging system is designed and realized.The design uses a Localized uncooled infrared focal plane array(UIRFPA).The FPGA processor and LPDDR2 memory technology are adopted to meet the requirement of miniaturization and low power consumption.A solution of combination of hardware logic algorithm and NIOSⅡsoft core architecture is proposed.The system completes timing driving of UIRFPA,TEC control,Non-Uniformity Correction(NUC),image enhancement,man-machine interface control.Experimental results show the system owns characteristics of higher imaging quality,power consumption of system is 1.4 W,delay time is less than 1 ms and the system can be easily extended.System can be used in hand devices.
