摘 要:港口起重机沿轨道的抗风防滑能力直接关系到设备使用的安全性。现有的港口起重机夹轨器最大防滑力是其自重或防滑装置的夹紧力与摩擦系数等参数的函数,与风载荷无关。提出了一种基于机械自锁原理的风力自锁防滑装置,研究了其防滑机理,建立了该机构的力学模型,得到了其自锁条件,可根据风载大小自动调节夹紧力的大小。The anti-wind and anti-skid capability of port crane along the track is directly related to the safety of equipment.The maximum anti-skid force of the existing port crane rail clamp is a function of its self-weight or the clamping force and the friction coefficient of the anti-skid device,and it is independent of the wind load.A wind self-locking anti-skid device based on the principle of mechanical self-locking is proposed,and the mechanical model of the mechanism is established by studying its anti-skid mechanism.Then the self-locking conditions are obtained,and it is found that the clamping force can be automatically adjusted according to the size of wind load.
