摘　　要：目的研究开发我国老年慢性病病人多维健康测定量表的冠心病(CHD)特异模块,以便结合共性模块形成完整量表。方法通过程序化决策模式对最初提出的条目池进行筛选,形成16个条目的初步量表进行预测试,根据测试数据采用相关系数法、变异度法、因子分析法、Cronbachα法4种统计方法和专家讨论相结合的模式进行分析筛选条目。结果建立7个条目的老年CHD病人多维健康测定量表特异模块测试版。结论按严格的程序选出的7个条目在老年CHD病人多维健康评价中有很好的代表性和内容效度。Objective To develop a specific module of the multidimensional health scale for the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to establish the scale of ECMH-CHD with the general module.Methods The initial 16-items scale was screened by the programmed decision-making methodology including qualitative focus group discussion and quantitative analysis from item pool.The items were selected again based on data analysis including the correlation coefficient method,variability method,factor analysis,and Cronbachαmethod from pilot test and also focus group discussion.Results A 7-items specific module(the Beta version)for elderly patients with CHD was formed.Conclusions The 7-items specific module developed by the strict procedures has a good representation and content validity.
