摘 要:构建以二苯胺磺酸钠为底物过氧乙酸催化显色光度法。实验证明:强酸性环境下Fe^(3+)催化过氧乙酸将无色有机物二苯胺磺酸钠氧化为紫红色,Ea=46.81kJ·mol^(-1),Fe^(3+)与二苯胺磺酸钠直接作用和水解反应被抑制;体系稳定性好,室温50min后显色反应完全,在400nm处有最大吸收,ε_(400)=0.15×10~4L/(mol·cm),过氧乙酸浓度在0.04~1.00mmol·L^(-1)范围内与A呈良好的线性关系:A=0.2090+1.176c(mmol·L^(-1)),r=0.9984,最低检出量为0.02 mmol·L^(-1)。方法已用于测定消毒液中微量过氧乙酸。The method of catalytic chromophotometry of acetic acid peroxide with diphenylamine sodium sulfonate as substrate was established.Experimental results show that hydrogen peroxide can oxidize the colorless organics dibenzamine sulfonate sodium to green,and Fe^3+has obvious catalytic effect.The apparent activation energy is 46.81kJ·mol^-1,Sulfuric acid medium can effectively overcome the direct effect of Fe 3+and sodium diphenylamine sulfonate.The absorbance of the chromogenic reaction product at 50 min had the absorption peak at 400 nm,the absorptivity of corresponding wavelength of it is 0.15×10^4L/(mol·cm).Within the range of 0.04~1.00 mmol·L^-1,it showed a good linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of peroxide acetic acid.Linear regression equation is A=0.2090+1.176 c(mmol·L^-1)and linear regression coefficient r=0.9984.The limit of detection is 0.02mmol·L^-1.The method could be used for determination of the peroxide acetic acid in disinfectant solution.
