摘　　要：就印花纺织品产量而言,筛网印花是目前最主要的生产方式,但是相比于喷墨印花产品的宽色域、高精细度印花图案的印花产品品质无疑成为该技术进一步发展的瓶颈。通过优良配伍性染料、高染料传递性印花糊料的通用色浆制备技术研究以及九分色通用印花色浆体系配套的九分色印花方法等技术的研究,在国际上首次开发并产业化实施的基于通用色浆的宽色域九分色清洁印花技术较好地实现了具有喷墨印花品质的色彩表达能力和多层次色彩效果,极大地提升了筛网印花纺织品高精度高质量的纺织品印花需求。According to printing textile production,the screen printing is the most important mode of production,but compared to the wide gamut and high-definition quality of the inkjet printing products,screen printing undoubtedly becomes a bottleneck for the further development of the technology.By the research of nine-color printing system technology of the excellent compatibility dyes,and general paste prepared technology of high dye transfer,the wide gamut of nine-color general paste printing technology first developed in the world and implemented industrializedly enables its products to achieve better color expression and multi-level color effects with a ink-jet printing quality,which greatly enhances the social demand for high precision high-quality of screen printing textiles.
