摘　　要：基于更换既有铁路信号电源监控装置困难多、风险大的问题,通过准确分析大修改造风险并制定相应过渡方案,化解了风险,保证了全线信号电源监控装置更换施工的安全。With regard to the problems of more difficulties and higher risks for replacing of monitoring devices of existed railway signal system,the risks are eliminated and the safety is guaranteed for replacing of monitoring devices of signal power supply of the whole line,by accurate analyzing the risks of overhaul and reconstruction and establishing relative transitional scheme.
