摘　　要："4G改变了生活,而5G即将改变社会。"伴随着5G技术的逐渐落地应用,5G商用的呼声也越来越高。而5G的商用无疑会给现有运营商的运营支撑系统带来巨大的冲击,譬如数据量的大幅度增长、业务的多元化、套餐类型的复杂化等一系列的变化,传统的BOSS系统也应该站在这时代的风口浪尖做出相应的改变。本文在简要介绍业务运营支撑系统的基础上,对业务运营支撑系统即将面临的挑战进行多角度的分析。"4G has changed life,and 5G is about to change society."With the gradual application of 5G technology,the voice of 5G commercial is also increasing.The 5G commercial will undoubtedly bring huge impact to the existing operators'operation support system,such as the dramatic growth of data volume,diversification of business,complexity of package types and a series of changes.The traditional BOSS system should also stand at the vanguard of this era and make corresponding changes.Based on the brief introduction of business operation support system,this paper makes a multi-angle analysis of the challenges that business operation support system will face.
