摘 要:在经济全球化的推动下,在华境外非政府组织的规模和影响力日益扩大。对在华境外非政府组织进行跨文化管理,其目的在于促进境外非政府组织的有序运行,进一步推动我国非政府组织的发展。从霍夫斯泰德(Hofstede)的文化维度理论分析,在华境外非政府组织在权利距离、个人主义和集体主义、不确定性规避、阳刚气质和阴柔气质、长期取向和短期取向等方面存在一定的文化冲突。鉴于在华境外非政府组织在华活动面临的文化差异和冲突,构建了在华境外非政府组织跨文化融合模型,从冲突管理、文化适应、文化整合、文化创新等维度,提出促进在华境外非政府组织跨文化管理的对策建议。Under the impetus of economic globalization, the scale and influence of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in China are expanding day by day. The purpose of cross-cultural management of foreign NGOs in China is to promote the orderly operation of foreign NGOs and further promote the development of Chinese non-governmental organizations. From Hofstede’s theory of cultural dimension, there are some conflicts in the power distance, individualism and collectivism, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity and femininity, long-term and short-term orientation of foreign NGOs in China. In view of the cultural differences and conflicts faced by foreign NGOs in China, a model of cross-cultural integration of foreign NGOs in China is constructed, and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of conflict management, cultural adaptation, cultural integration and cultural innovation to promote the cross-cultural management of foreign NGOs in China.
