摘  要:针对水力喷射技术在大庆油田应用时存在压裂工具性能指标低,压裂过程中需要加砂易造成砂卡,导致管柱起不出的问题,采用Solidworks软件优化胶筒结构,并改进胶料配方,使胶筒抗拉强度提高23%,残余变形率低于3%;采用Ansys软件模拟并优化卡瓦受力状态,使卡瓦承受交变载荷的能力提升50%,提高压裂工具的可靠性;设计封隔器排砂结构,并集成化设计管柱,管柱外径缩小16%,整体长度缩短25%,砂卡风险降低到0;采用Fluent模拟将喷枪孔径优化为4.5 mm,孔数优化为4个,相位角优化为180°,提高射孔能力;设计"简支梁"式接箍定位器,定位准确率100%,提升工艺管柱的安全性。改进后的工艺管柱现场应用84口井,压裂972段,施工成功率100%,其规模化应用为稳产提供了有力的技术支撑,并具有广阔的推广前景。The application of hydraulic jet technology in Daqing Oilfield has the following problems: the first one is that the performance index of the fracturing tool was low;and the second one is that the sand plug was easy to be caused by adding sand during the fracturing process,which leads to the inability of tripping out the pipe string.In order to solve these problems,Solidworks software was used to optimize the structure of the rubber cylinder and improve the rubber compound formula,which increased the tensile strength of the rubber cylinder by 23%and the residual deformation rate is less than 3%.The Ansys software was used to simulate and optimize the kava stress state,which increased the ability of the kava to withstand alternating loads by 50%,thereby improving the reliability of the fracturing tool.In addition,the packer sand-discharging structure was designed,and integrated the design of the string,which made the outer diameter of the string reduced by 16%,the overall length was shortened by 25%,and the risk of sand plug was reduced to zero.Meanwhile,the Fluent simulation was used and the aperture of spray gun was optimized to 4.5 mm,the number of holes was optimized to 4,the phase angle was optimized to 180°,and the perforating ability was improved.Finally,a "freely supported beam" type collar positioner was designed,which has a positioning accuracy of 100%,and greatly improved the safety of the pipe string.The improved string was used in 84 wells with 972 fracturing sections,and the construction success rate was 100%.Its large-scale application provided strong technical support for stable production and had broad prospects for popularization.
