摘　　要：建设用地备案是衔接征转用地报批和具体建设项目供地的一个重要环节。该项工作需将包括土地勘测定界界址点坐标在内的各项建设项目用地批准信息通过"省级人民政府批准建设用地备案系统"上报自然资源部(原国土资源部)备案。结合备案工作的实际,文章归纳总结建设用地备案工作对界址点坐标文件的技术要求,并分析其存在的各种问题及处理方法,以期为同行在组织建设项目土地勘测定界资料时提供参考。The work of construction land record is an important link for the approval of land for land transfer and the land supply for specific construction projects. The work needs to submit the land use approval information of each construction project including the coordinates of the site boundary of the land survey and measurement to the Ministry of Natural Resources(the former Ministry of Land and Resources) for the record through the " Provisional System for the Construction Land Approved by the Provincial People’s Government". Combining with the actuality of the record-keeping work, the paper summarizes the technical requirements of the construction site record file for the boundary point coordinate file, and analyzes its various problems and treatment methods,in order to provide some references for persons of the same occupation when organizing the project land survey and determination boundary data.
