摘 要:研究了水环境对地衣芽孢杆菌生长的影响。结果表明,37℃、pH=5.0(或9.0)的水环境最有利于地衣芽孢杆菌生长。水环境中一定量的NO_3^--N对地衣芽孢杆菌生长有促进作用。0.1 g/L的地衣芽孢杆菌接种量,NO_3^--N浓度为46.7 mg/L最适其生长。地衣芽孢杆菌在生长过程中能缓慢利用HPO_4^(2-),经过6天的培养,水环境中的HPO_4^(2-)由0.98 mg/m L降至0.7 mg/m L。Influence of water environment on the growth of Bacillus licheniformis was studied. The results showed that the growth of Bacillus licheniformis was most favorable at 37 C, pH 5.0 (or pH 9.0). A certain amount of NO3^--N could accelerate the growth of Bacillus licheniformis. The optimum NO3^--N concentration for Bacillus licheniformis growth was 46.7 mg/L at 0.1 g/L inoculation. HPO4^2- was utilized at a slow rate during the growth of Bacillus licheniformis. After 6 days of cultivation, the HPO4^2- concentration in water environment dropped from 0.98 mg/mL to 0.7 mg/mL.
