摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品中的铝含量。全面考虑了整个测定过程不确定度来源,对影响结果不确定度的各个因素作了系统分析,建立了结果不确定度评估数学模型,探讨了其测定结果不确定度,并对评估结果进行比较。测定结果的合成不确定度为0.772 2 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为1.54 mg/kg(k=2),粉条中铝含量的测定结果为(70.22±1.54)mg/kg(k=2,P=95%)。本方法对ICP-MS法测定粉条中铝含量结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用。The content of Aluminum in food was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The various factors that affect the uncertainty were systematically analyzed. A mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation was established and used to comparatively evaluate the uncertainties of the analytical method. In this study, the combined standard uncertainty of the measurement results was 0.772 2 mg/kg, and the expanded uncertainty was 1.54 mg/kg (k=2). The final result of Aluminum content in vermicelli was (70.22 ± 1.54) mg/kg (k=2, P=95%). This method has a reference effect on the uncertainty evaluation of the results of the determination of Aluminum in vermicelli by ICP-MS.
