摘　　要：构树适应性广,抗逆能力强,营养成分丰富,是一种多功能综合性树种,在生态环境修复、药用产品开发、蛋白饲料调配等方面具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了构树的生物学特性和花、果实、种子、叶片等组织的化学成分研究进展,以及构树叶作为蛋白饲料的应用效果,旨在为构树资源的综合研究和开发利用提供参考。Broussonetia papyrifera as a kind of multi-functional and comprehensive tree species,has a wide adaptability,strong resilience and rich nutrition,and also has a broad application prospects in ecological environment restoration,pharmaceutical product development and protein feed preparation.This paper not only reviews the research progress on the biological characteristics,and chemical compositions in flowers,fruits,seeds,leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera,but also the application effects of its leaves as protein feed,aiming to provide theoretical reference for comprehensive research,development and utilization of Broussonetia papyrifera resources.
