组合式波纹管铜压力环在大型硅铁电炉上的应用

摘  要:压力环是矿热炉最关键设备之一,要具有长周期、高稳定性的运行效果。传统的焊接式压力环由于受制造工艺和材质的局限,呈现出了不同的问题,严重影响了使用寿命和运行效果。新型组合式铜质波纹管压力环,克服了传统焊接制造工艺和材质的缺点,利用了铜导热性好、冷却效果明显、不导磁等优点。采用铸造工艺,不产生焊接应力。基本上达到了压力环长周期、无维护、无故障运行。由此矿热炉压力环这一关键设备不再是影响矿热炉热停炉的主要因素。The pressure ring is one of the most critical equipments of submerged arc furnace. It must keep long-term and high-stability operation. The traditional welded-type pressure ring presents different deficiencies due to the limitations of the manufacturing process and materials, of which seriously affected the service life and effect. The new combined copper bellows pressure ring overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional welding manufacturing process and materials, and takes the advantages of good thermal conductivity, obvious cooling effect, and non-magnetic conduction of copper. With casting process, no welding stress is generated. Basically, the pressure ring achieve the desired effect of a long period, no maintenance, and no fault operation. Therefore, the key equipment of submerged arc furnace pressure ring is no longer the main factor affecting the thermal shutdown of furnace.
