新时代新型职业农民培养环境优化问题研究

摘　　要："经过长期努力,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位。"在新时代,实施乡村振兴战略,破解人才瓶颈制约,关键是培养新型职业农民。经过近几年的实践探索,我国在新型职业农民培养方面取得了一定成效,培养出了一批爱农业、懂技术、善经营的新型职业农民。但在新型职业农民培养过程中仍存在着居民对新型职业农民缺乏了解和认同、认定制度不健全、培养财政经费投入不足、新型职业农民进行农业借贷困难、教育的师资队伍建构不合理等问题。由此提出优化新型职业农民培养环境的对策建议。"After a long period of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era."This is a new historical orientation for China’s development. In the new era,the key to implementing the rural revitalization strategy and breaking the bottleneck restriction of talents is to train new professional farmers. After years of practice and exploration,China has achieved certain results in the training of new professional farmers,and has cultivated a group of new professional farmers with passion and technical strength. However,in the process of cultivating new professional farmers,there are still problems such as the lack of understanding and recognition of new professional farmers,the imperfect system of identification,the lack of investment in cultivating financial funds,the difficulty of agricultural borrowing by new professional farmers,and the unreasonable construction of the faculty of education and so on. In the new era of "synchronization of four modernizations",it is an inevitable choice to optimize the cultivation environment of the new professional farmers,that it the social environment,financial environment,institutional environment and educational environment.
