基于Watson关怀理论的护理干预对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Watson关怀理论的护理干预对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响。方法:将160例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于Watson关怀理论的护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组干预后纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后MUNSH、PSSS、GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者髋关节功能优于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于Watson关怀理论的护理干预可提高高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的幸福度、社会支持水平和自我效能感,促进髋关节功能恢复,提升患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of Watson care theory in the nursing of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:A total of 160 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.Control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and observation group was given nursing intervention of Watson care theory based on the above nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)were higher than before the intervention.After intervention,MUNSH,PSSS and GSES scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on Watson care theory for the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures can significantly improve the patients′ happiness,social support level and self-efficacy,and promote the recovery of hip function.Also,it can improve patients′ nursing satisfaction.
