摘  要:目的:探讨综合性护理在扁桃体炎行手术治疗患儿中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年2月43例扁桃体炎行手术治疗患儿作为对照组,实施常规护理;选取2017年3月~2018年7月43例扁桃体炎行手术治疗患儿作为观察组,在常规护理基础上给予围术期综合性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患儿护理后中文版格拉斯格儿童受益量表(GCBI)评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后GCBI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理可提高扁桃体炎行手术治疗患儿的生活质量,降低并发症发生率,提高家长护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application and effect of comprehensive nursing in the surgical treatment of children with tonsillitis.Methods:A total of 43 children with tonsillitis who underwent surgery from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the control group for routine nursing care.A total of 43 children with tonsillitis who underwent surgery from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group,and comprehensive perioperative care was given on the basis of routine care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:GCBI scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and GCBI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of children undergoing surgery for tonsillitis,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parents.
