专科实践模式在妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨专科实践模式在妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期中的应用方法和效果。方法:将88例接受手术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字法分为常规组和观察组各44例,常规组患者围术期实施常规护理干预,观察组患者围术期实施专科实践模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:干预后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05),患者生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分、患者满意度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:将专科实践模式应用于妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期护理中,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the application method and effect of specialized practice mode in perioperative period of gynecological malignant tumor patients.Methods:A total of 88 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who received surgery were divided into the conventional group and the observation group by random number method,44 patients in each group.The conventional group used perioperative implementation of routine nursing intervention,and specialized practice mode was adopted in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36 and satisfaction were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The first time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of specialized practice mode in perioperative nursing of patients with gynecological malignant tumor can effectively improve patients′ anxiety and depression,reduce postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve patients′ postoperative quality of life.
