经腔内阴道彩色多普勒超声早期诊断剖宫产后切口妊娠的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经腔内阴道彩色多普勒超声早期诊断剖宫产后切口妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院妇产科近2年来收治的剖宫产后切口妊娠的产妇47例为研究样本,分别采取经腹超声和经腔内阴道彩超诊断,对比两种方法的诊断符合率。结果经腔内阴道彩超诊断子宫切口妊娠的符合率高于经腹超声,且误诊率低于经腹超声,P<0.05。结论在早期诊断剖宫产后切口妊娠时,采取经腔内阴道彩超定位准确,且具有定性诊断价值,根据详细的超声图像,结合患者病史和临床症状有利于早期确诊,为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of cesarean section incision pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 47 cases of pregnant women who were treated in recent 2 years after cesarean section in our department of Obstetrics and gynecology were examined by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods. Results The coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy was higher than transabdominal ultrasound, and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than transabdominal ultrasound, P<0.05. Conclusion In the early diagnosis of cesarean section pregnancy,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound localization is accurate, and has the value of qualitative diagnosis. According to the detailed ultrasonic image, combined with the patient’s medical history and clinical symptoms, it is beneficial to the early diagnosis and provide the basis for clinical treatment.
