子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后联合应用亮丙瑞林、达那唑对比性分析

摘　　要：目的对比子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后联合应用亮丙瑞林、达那唑的治疗效果。方法对本院2016年9月～2017年11月进行腹腔镜术治疗的100例子宫内膜异位症患者临床资料展开回顾分析,随机分为两组各50例,对所有患者均采用腹腔镜术,术后对照组患者采用达那唑进行治疗,观察组患者采用亮丙瑞林进行治疗,对比两组患者的骨密度值、血清CA125水平以及疼痛度。结果观察组骨密度值以及血清CA125水平均优于对照组,两组相比差异显著,P<0.05;观察组疼痛度优于对照组,两组相比差异显著,P<0.05。结论对于进行腹腔镜术以后的患者而言,与达那唑相比,亮丙瑞林对于骨密度值以及血清CA125水平的改善效果更加明显,而且还可以更有效地降低疼痛度,值得在临床应用中加以推广。Objective To compare the efficacy of combined use of bright proterin and dazazol in the treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopy from September 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases. All the patients were treated with laparoscopy. After the operation, the control group was treated with dalazolin. The observation group was treated with light proterin. The bone mineral density, serum CA125 level and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The bone mineral density and serum CA125 levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant, P<0.05. The pain of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant, P <0.05. Conclusion For the patients after laparoscopy, the improvement of the BMD and serum CA125 level is more obvious than that of dalazol, and it can also reduce the degree of pain. It is worth promoting in clinical application.
