摘  要:为了探讨回收硝化棉生产酸性废水的可行性,采用扩散渗析法回收某化工厂硝化棉生产酸性废水。考察了流速、流量比、酸度、温度等因素对酸回收及COD分离效果的影响。结果表明:处理水量为10mL/min,在回收液与残液出水流量比为1:1,流速为1.0m/h,酸度为9.5g/L,温度为30℃时,酸回收率可达到94.16%,COD截留率可达84.81%。扩散渗析可以实现酸性废水的回收利用和COD的有效分离,具有技术可行性。In order to explore the feasibility of recovering acid wastewater from nitrocellulose production, diffusion dialysis method was adopted for the said kind of wastewater treatment in a chemical plant. The effect of flow velocity, flow ratio, acidity, temperature and some other factors on acid recovery and COD separation were investigated. The results showed that, under the condition that the treatment capacity was 10 mL/min, the effluent flow ratio of reclaimed liquid to residual liquid was 1 ∶ 1, the flow velocity was 1.0 m/h, the acidity was 9.5 g/L, the temperature was 30 ℃, the acid recovery rate could reach 94.16%, the rejection rate of COD reached 84.84%. It could be seen that, diffusion dialysis could realize recovery and utilization of acid wastewater, as well as the effective separation of COD, which was technically feasible.
