摘  要:为优化固定化硝化菌去除氨氮的工艺条件,采用正交试验方法,考察了固定化微球投加量、通气速率、反应温度和pH值4个因素对氨氮去除效果的影响,获得固定化细菌对模拟废水中氨氮的最优去除条件。结果表明:当固定化微球投加量为200g/L,反应温度为40℃,体系pH值为9.0,通入空气表观气速为1.5L/(min·L)时,氨氮去除率最高。4种因素的影响程度依次为pH值>固定化微球投加量>反应温度>表观气速。在此最优条件下,当初始氨氮质量浓度为100mg/L时,可使其去除率达97%以上。In order to optimize the technological condition for immobilized nitrifying bacteria removing ammonia nitrogen, orthogonal test was adopted, the influence of inoculum concentration of immobilized ball, superficial gas velocity, reaction temperature and pH value on ammonia nitrogen removal were investigated, the optimal condition for ammonia nitrogen removal from simulant wastewater by immobilized bacteria were determined. The results showed that, under the condition that, the inoculum concentration of immobilized ball was 200 g/L, the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the pH value was 9.0, the superficial gas velocity was 1.5 L/(min·L), the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was the highest. The order of influence degree of the four factors on the removal rate was: pH value > immobilized ball inoculum concentration > reaction temperature > superficial gas velocity. Under the above condition, when the initial mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 100 mg/L, the removal rate of it was above 97%.
