内江经济开发区城西工业园污水处理厂工程设计

摘　　要：内江经济开发区城西工业园产业类型繁多,废水中含有机物、金属离子、酸碱、悬浮物等。工程设计规模为1.8×104m3/d,设计预处理采用调节-澄清-水解酸化工艺,生化处理采用倒置A2O-MBR工艺。介绍了该工程的设计参数、处理工艺流程及其设计特点。该工艺针对性强、稳定可靠,出水达到GB18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。As there are many types of industries in Chengxi industrial park of Neijiang economic development zone, its wastewater contains organic matters, metals ions, acid alkali, suspended matters and so on. A project with treatment scale of 1.8 × 104 m3/d was designed for the wastewater treatment, which using adjustment-clarification-hydrolytic acidification as pretreatment process and A2O-MBR as biochemical treatment process. The design parameters, treatment process and design characteristics of the said project were introduced. It could be seen that, the said process had strong pertinence, stable and reliable characteristics, the effluent water quality could meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.
