摘  要:目的观察废弃撕脱皮肤经深低温玻璃化冷藏后自体回植的成活情况。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月我科收治的94例皮肤撕脱伤患者,其中男性68例,女性26例;年龄22~74岁;自受伤至皮肤保存间隔时间10~26 h。将94例患者的废弃撕脱皮肤进行切取、修剪至真皮层,进行防冻处理后放入-196℃液氮罐保存。待创面可接受植皮后,将保存皮肤复温、消毒、修剪,植于创面,共回植皮片172块。术后观察皮片成活情况。结果接受回植的172块皮片,其中55块皮片完全成活,49块皮片部分真皮层组织成活,余68例皮片未成活,皮片成活率60.5%。结论撕脱皮肤经深低温保存后再复温、回植于自身创面,有一定的成活率,可减少二次手术对正常组织的损伤。Objective To observe the survival of autologous reuse of abandoned avulsed skin after cryogentic vitrification and refrigeration. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 94 patients with abandoned avulsion skin were admitted in our department were selected. There were 68 males and 26 females;age ranged from 22 to 74;the time from injury to skin preservation was 10-26 h. A total of 94 cases of abandoned avulsed skins were cut and trimmed to the dermis, treated with antifreeze then saved in the-196 ℃ liquid nitrogen tank. After the wound surface was acceptable for skin grafting, the preserved skins were re-warmed, disinfected, trimmed and transplanted to the surface of wound. A total of 172 skin grafts were replanted. The survival of skin grafting was observed after operation. Results Among the 172 pieces of skin grafted were replanted, 55 pieces of skin survived completely, 49 pieces of dermal tissue survived partly, and the remaining 68 cases of skin did not survive, with a survival rate of 60.5%. Conclusion The abandoned avulsed skin is stored in cryopreservation, then re-warmed and replanted in the wound surface, which has a certain survival rate and could reduce the damage of the normal tissue after the second operation.
