摘 要:目的探究地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病对患者C肽、SOD及MDA水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分成对照组(皮下注射地特胰岛素)与观察组(皮下注射地特胰岛素+口服瑞格列奈),各60例。比较两组治疗前、后胰岛功能、C肽及氧化指标水平。结果治疗后,两组的Fins、HOMA-β、FCP、2 h CP及SOD水平均升高,HOMA-IR及MDA水平均降低,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮下注射特胰岛素联合口服瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病可改善患者胰岛功能,提高C肽水平,缓解氧化应激反应并延缓疾病进程。Objective To investigate the effects of insulin detemir combined with repaglinide on levels of C-peptide,SOD and MDA in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(subcutaneous injection of insulin detemir) and observation group(subcutaneous injection of insulin detemir +oral administration of repaglinide) according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The islet function, levels of C-peptide and oxidative indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, Fins, HOMA-β, the levels of FCP, 2 h CP and SOD in the two groups increased, HOMA-IR and levels of MDA decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of insulin detemir combined with oral administration of repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve islet function of patients and C-peptide level, relieve oxidative stress response and delay the course of disease.
