摘　　要：目的观察地黄止痉汤治疗中风后吞咽困难的效果。方法将在我院接受治疗的72例中风后吞咽困难患者随机分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组在常规治疗的基础上采取吞咽功能训练联合神经肌肉电刺激的物理疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上加用地黄止痉汤治疗,两组患者均治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后洼田饮水试验评分及吞咽造影检查(VFSS)评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者洼田饮水试验评分均降低,VFSS评分均升高,且试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地黄止痉汤治疗中风后吞咽困难效果显著,可改善患者的吞咽功能,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Dihuang Zhijing decoction in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods Seventy-two patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36) and control group(n=36). The control group was treated with physical therapy of swallowing function training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with Dihuang Zhijing decoction on the basis of the control group. Two groups were treated for one course of treatment. The clinical efficacy, scores of water swallow test and videofluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the water swallow test scores in both groups decreased and VFSS scores increased, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dihuang Zhijing decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, which can improve the swallowing function of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
