摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复训练结合体位护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的脑卒中患者68例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理干预,而研究组在此基础上予以体位护理及早期康复训练干预。比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果干预后1、3个月,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer及Barthel指数评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理服务满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者予以早期康复训练及体位护理干预,可提高患者的运动功能及生活能力,降低并发症发生风险,促使患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training and posture nursing on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients. Methods Sixty-eight stroke patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given posture nursing and early rehabilitation training intervention on this basis. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index in the two groups increased significantly at 1 and 3 months after intervention, and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing service in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training and posture nursing intervention for stroke patients can improve the motor function and living ability, reduce the risk of complications and promote the early recovery, which is worthy of clinical promotion application.
