摘 要:汽车车身焊装打磨工序安全事故频发,在现场调研的基础上对焊装打磨安全隐患进行了分析梳理。发现其主要安全隐患是员工安全意识不够、对钹形砂轮特性认知不明、对磨削加工特点理解不清、手持角磨机安全操作规范不够、对打磨工序安全隐患识别能力有限以及企业安全生产管理不到位等。为此,重点对钹形砂轮主要特征、磨削加工主要特点、科学打磨规范操作、手持装置振动来源四大磨削关键因素进行了深入分析。最后,基于前面的分析提出了手持角磨机正确使用安全操作行为规程。The safety accidents of automobile body welding and polishing process have happened frequently, and the safety hazards of BIW grinding is analyzed by site investigation. The main safety problems include that, the employee safety awareness is not enough, the wheel pull feature recognition is unknown, the grinding characteristic understanding is not clear, handheld grinder safety operation is not enough refinement, the burnishing process safety hazard identification ability is limited, and enterprise safety production management is not in place. And so the four key grinding factors are deeply analyzed, including the main characteristics of the grinding wheel and grinding machining, the operation of scientific grinding and the vibration source of the handheld device. Finally, the safe operation code of the hand-held angle grinder is proposed based on the previous analysis.
