摘　　要：通过文献综述和实地调研访谈的方法,研究探讨了隧道工人群体行为。对隧道工人群体的概念、特征和群体行为的形成、影响因素及表现形式进行了分析,并得出适合当前情境下隧道工人群体及其行为的理论成果。本研究有助于隧道工程项目管理者更加清晰地认知隧道工人群体行为,进而有效地管理隧道工人群体,促进安全生产工作,提高安全管理效率。In order to improve the efficiency of safety management, this article studies the group behavior of the tunnel workers. By the methods of literature review and field investigation and interview, this article discusses the concept, characteristics and formation of group of tunnel workers, influencing factors and forms of expression, and obtains theoretical results suitable for tunnel workers and their behaviors in the current environment. This study will help tunnel project managers more clearly understand the group behavior of tunnel workers, thereby effectively manage the tunnel workers, promote safe production, and improve safety management efficiency.
