摘 要:文章将Microfine纤维开松梳理成条子,与精梳棉条混纺,经过三道并合、粗纱和细纱等工序纺成混纺纱。探讨了新型超细粘胶纤维(Microfine纤维)/棉混纺纱的生产工艺流程,发现了纺纱各工序中存在的问题进而优化了工艺参数,为相关企业提供参考。In this article, Microfine fibers were spun into blended yarns by being loosened and combed into slivers, blended with combed cotton sliver, through three passages drawing, roving, spun yarn and so on. The production process of new Microfine viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn was discussed, the problems existing in each process of spinning were found and the process parameters were improved. It provided references for relevant enterprises.
