摘  要:文章研究了基于精梳毛纺系统生产毛、涤、丝混纺纱线的紧密赛络纺纺纱工艺路线,指出了了纺纱各工序工艺参数的设置和注意事项,实现了改善纱线可纺性,缩短工艺流程,减少原料消耗,降低能耗的目的,进而降低了产品的生产成本,提高了其附加值,使产品更具有市场竞争力。This article researched compact siro spinning process of wool, polyester and silk blended yarns based on worsted system. The parameters setting and matters needing attention of spinning process were pointed out. The aims of improving yarn spinnability, shortening spinning process, reducing raw material consumption and energy consumption were realized. The advantages of reducing cost of production and improving additional value made the product more competitive in the market.
