不同等级医院医疗检查结果互认标准研究

摘　　要：目的了解不同等级医院医疗检查结果互认现有标准,完善不同等级医院医疗检查结果所适用的互认标准。方法2018年6—8月采用方便抽样的方法对医疗检查结果互认试点医疗机构的342例患者和151位医护人员进行问卷调查,对资料进行χ~2检验、方差分析等统计学分析。结果不同医疗检查的检查频率比较中,三级、二级医院临床微生物检查的选中率分别为21.25%和6.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.246,P=0.012);医疗检查的重复检查率比较中,三级、二级医院常规检查的选中率分别为70.00%和87.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.074,P=0.014)。结论不同等级医院之间的医疗检查结果互认标准模糊,针对医疗检查结果互认标准细化开展状况不佳,应制定更高位阶法律,统一地方性法律法规,制定实施细则规范不同医疗检查结果的互认。Objective To understand the existing standards for mutual recognition of medical examination results in hospitals of different grades,and improve the mutual recognition standards applicable to medical examinations in hospitals of different grades.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 342 patients and 151 medical staff from June to August,2018 in the pilot medical institution for mutual recognition of medical examination results.The data were analyzed by chi-square test and analysis of variance.Results In the comparison of the frequency of examinations for different medical examinations,the selection rates of clinical microbiological examinations in tertiary and secondary hospitals were 21.25%and 6.35%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.246,P=0.012);In comparison of the rate of repeated medical examinations,the selection rates of routine examinations in tertiary and secondary hospitals were 70.00%and 87.30%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.074,P=0.014).Conclusion The standards for mutual recognition of medical examination results among hospitals of different grades are vague,and the status of mutual recognition of medical examination results is not good.The higher-level laws should be unified,and local laws and regulations should be formulated.The implementation rules should be formulated to standardize the results of different medical examinations.
