摘　　要：目的:论述出针补泻的临床意义,为临床针刺提供参考。方法:以出针的临床现状为出发点,通过整理《内经》、《针灸甲乙经》、《针灸大成》及各版本《刺法灸法学》中与出针补泻相关的内容,并回顾后世学者对出针补泻手法的研究和应用,来论证出针补泻的重要性。结果:出针补泻的应用和重视程度不够,但古今文献对出针在补泻手法中的作用均有记载,且后世对出针补泻的重要性论证丰富,出针补泻的疗效观察确切可靠。结论:出针过程中的补泻意义重大,临床工作者应重视出针的补泻。Objective:To provide references for doctors by discussing the clinical significances of reinforcing and reducing of needle removal. Methods:Taking the clinical status of needle removal as the starting point to explore the importance of reinforcing and reducing with different needle removals,by sorting out the related contents from Huangdi’s Cannon of Medicine,The ABC Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and various versions of Techniques of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and by reviewing the later researches and the applications about the methods of needle removal. Results:The clinical applications of reinforcing and reducing of needle removal were not paid more attention to.But ancient and modern literatures have recorded the importance of reinforcing and reducing of needle removal,and many studies had illuminated the importance of it at large.Besides,the effect was reliable. Conclusion:The reinforcing and reducing of needle removal is of great significance,and it is worth attaching importance to.
