多导睡眠图观察经颅磁刺激联合音乐电针治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨经颅磁刺激联合音乐电针治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:收集我院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者199例,将患者随机分为4组,在脑血管病常规治疗的基础上,A组单独接受药物治疗,B组单独使用经颅磁刺激治疗,C组单独音乐电针治疗,D组经颅磁刺激联合音乐电针治疗。采用多导睡眠图及PSQI量表评价各组治疗效果。结果:A、B、C组在改善睡眠进程、睡眠结构方面效果相当,D组治疗效果明显优于A、B、C组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。A、B、C组在改善PSQI评分相当,D组治疗效果明显优于A、B、C组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:经颅磁刺激联合音乐电针治疗卒中后睡眠障碍作为一种新的治疗方案,疗效显著,对患者的睡眠质量的提高具有极大帮助,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) combined with music electro-acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorders. Methods:199 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders were randomly divided into four groups.All patients received basic routine treatment;on which basis,group A was treated with Dexzopiclone Tablets,group B was treated with EMS,group C was treated with music electro-acupuncture,and group D was treated with EMS combined with music electro-acupuncture.Polysomnography and PSQI scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of each group. Results:In terms of improving sleep process and sleep structure,Group A,B and C have similar effect;whereas group D was more effective than the other three groups( P <0.05,P <0.01).In terms of improving PSQI score,group A,B and C have similar effect;whereas group D was superior to the other three groups( P <0.05,P <0.01). Conclusion:As a new therapy for post-stroke sleep disorder,TMS combined with music electro-acupuncture has remarkable effect,and it is helpful to improve the sleep quality and life quality of the patients.The therapy is worth the clinical promotion.
