推拿联合康复训练治疗孤独症脾失健运型厌食的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿联合康复训练治疗孤独症脾失健运型厌食的临床疗效。方法:将52例孤独症共患脾失健运型厌食患儿随机分为两组,对照组26例进行康复训练,治疗组26例在对照组的基础上联合益气健脾推拿治疗,对治疗前和治疗后的临床症状积分、ABC、CARS评分及治疗后厌食疗效评估以判断临床治疗有效性。结果:8周后,两组临床积分及厌食症有效率均显著优于治疗前(P <0. 05),治疗组较对照组改善显著(P <0. 05)。两组CARS和ABC评分均高于治疗前(P <0. 05),且治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:益气健脾推拿法联合康复训练能治疗孤独症脾失健运型厌食问题,并且能改善孤独症的整体病情。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tuina combined with rehabilitation training in treaing autism with anorexia of Spleen failing in transporting. Methods:52 children with diet behavior problems associated with autism were randomly divided into the treatment group( n =26) and the control group( n =26).The control group was treated with rehabilitation training;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Tuina therapy of invigorating spleen- qi.Clinical efficacy was observed 8 weeks later by the scores of clinical symptoms,the scores of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC) and the scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS).Results:After 8 weeks,the scores of clinical symptoms and the effective rate were obviously improved after the treatment in the two groups( P <0.05),and the treatment group improved more than the control group( P<0.05).The scores of CARS and ABC were increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups( P<0.05);the increase was more significant in the treatment group compared to that in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:Tuina therapy of invigorating spleen- qi combined with rehabilitation training can not only treat autism with anorexia,but also can improve the overall condition of autism.
