摘  要:阐述了湿式自动离心式离合器异常磨损的原因,据此从摩擦材料性能、摩擦材料与对偶件攻击性、摩擦片油槽形状等方面进行改善;并通过台架起步耐久试验、整车底盘模拟试验、整车底盘10 000次UP-DOWN耐久试验来验证改善的效果,从而解决离合器的异常磨损。This paper gives a brief description of the abnormal wear of wet-type automatic centrifugal clutches,with improvement made mainly on the properties of friction material and dual-part aggressiveness,friction plate oil groove shape,with the effects of improvement verified through a bench startup durability test,whole machine chassis simulation test and 10000-time UP-DOWN endurance test,thereby solving the problem with the abnormal wear of clutches.Through comparison of different tests,the abnormal wear the automatic centrifugal clutches of motorcycles are verified,and the effectiveness of improvement is confirmed.
