摘　　要：通过对工艺流程的优化,在西门子840D数控系统下,灵活应用R参数、宏程序、镜像、平面旋转、空间旋转、螺旋插补等功能,完成了超级筛主关件底座的精密主轴孔、反刮孔内端面、电机安装斜面等重要工艺要素的数控编程和加工。Through the optimization of the process flow,in the Siemens 840D numerical control system,the CNC programming and machining of important process elements such as precision spindle holes,reverse hole scraping inner end surface and bevel surface of motor mounting related to the base,a key component of a super screen,were completed.
