摘  要:为实现大功率激光器的稳定出光,设计一款基于STM32的稳定性高、电路设计简单、集成度高且人机交互良好的控制系统。对控制系统硬件设计模块和软件设计模块分别进行详细介绍和分析,以ARM微控制器STM32F103VET6为硬件控制中心,以Qt Creator为软件处理平台。对控制系统出光效果进行测试和分析,测试结果表明,系统功率波动<0.4%,温度控制精度可达±0.1℃,电流精度可达±0.1 A,设备价格低廉,通用性强。In order to achieve stable light output of high-power lasers,a control system based on STM32 with high stability,simple circuit design,high integration and good human-computer interaction is designed.The hardware design module and software design module of the control system are introduced and analyzed respectively,which uses ARM microcontroller STM32F103VET6 as hardware control center and uses Qt Creator as software processing platform.The light output effect of the control system are tested and analyzed,the test results show that the system power fluctuation is <0.4%,the temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1 °C,the current accuracy can reach ±0.1 A,the equipment price is low,and the versatility is strong.
