摘　　要：孵化器作为我国科技创新体系的重要组成部分,为培育高新技术产业、推动区域创新系统建设搭建了重要平台。在探讨生物医药孵化器技术创新服务特征的基础上,分析了其技术创新服务中存在的问题:高水平的运营管理人才缺失、优势资源的整合能力不强、市场化运作能力不足、管理制度不健全等。建议从整合优势资源、推进机制体制创新、引入市场竞争机制、健全相关管理制度及加强制度的贯彻执行力度等方面提升生物医药孵化器技术创新服务的能力和水平。As an important part of China's science and technology innovation system,incubator has built an important platform for cultivating high-tech industries and promoting the construction of regional innovation system.On the basis of discussing the characteristics of technology innovation service of biomedical incubator,this paper analyses the problems existing in its technology innovation service,such as lack of high-level operation and management personnel,low integration ability of superior resources,inadequate market operation ability and imperfect management system.It is suggested that the capability and level of technology innovation service of biomedical incubators should be improved by integrating superior resources,promoting institutional innovation,introducing market competition mechanism,improving relevant management system and strengthening the implementation of the system.
