摘 要:针对目前导管架隔水套管吊耳设计在海上施工过程中环节多,施工时间较长的现状,提出了4个隔水套管吊耳设计方案,并对设计方案进行初步必选优化。借助GWEAP软件提出隔水套管打入过程中的最大应力值,利用ANSYS软件建立隔水套管优化方案模型,基于模型施加打桩动应力和确定边界条件,并根据相应规范对隔水套管优化方案进行了强度和疲劳分析,结果显示优化方案可以满足项目使用需求。隔水套管吊耳结构形式的研究为后续项目隔水套管设计提供了新的设计思路和方法。Aiming at the current situation that the design of conductor lifting padeye has many links and long construction time during the construction process,four design schemes of conductor lifting padeye are proposed,and the design schemes are optimized.GWEAP software is used to propose the maximum stress value during the driving process of the conductor,and ANSYS software is used to establish the optimization model of the conductor.Based on the dynamic stress of the pile driving applied by the model and the determined boundary conditions,and according to the corresponding standards,the strength and fatigue analysis of the conductor optimization scheme is carried out.The results show that the optimization scheme can meet the project requirements.The research on the structural form of the conductor lifting padeye provides a new design idea and method for future conductor design.
