摘 要:我们主要研究了燃烧参数对柴油机噪声的影响。首先,通过电控ECU改变转速、预喷开关、预喷油量、预喷间隔角、主喷提前角和轨压,研究其对怠速噪声的影响。结果表明,降低转速、增加预喷、合理的预喷参数和降低轨压都可以有效的降低柴油机整机怠速噪声,并且轨压的影响更为明显。其次,以轨压作为变量,研究了其对外特性工况噪声的影响。结果表明,在外特性工况下,轨压对整机噪声的影响较小。我们的研究主要为降低柴油机噪声提供一定的参考依据。In this paper, influence of combustion parameters on diesel engine noise has been studied. First, by using electronic control unit, influence of rotational speed, pre-injection switch, pre-injection angle, main injection angel and rail pressure on idle speed noise has been studied. Results showed that decrease of rotational speed, pre-injection, appropriate pre-injection parameters and decrease of rail pressure are effective for noise reduction at idle speed, and decrease of rail pressure is more significant. Then, by taking rail pressure as a single variable individually, engine noise at full load speed has been studied. Results showed that rail pressure has less effect on engine noise at full load speed. This paper provided some effective reference for engine noise reduction.
