摘 要:为了解上海市松江区粳稻稻米品质特性,利用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对上海市松江区13个粳稻品种(系)的12个稻米品质性状进行统计分析。结果表明:12个稻米品质性状间存在复杂的相关关系。垩白度、透明度、垩白粒率、直链淀粉含量、长宽比在品种(系)间差异较大,变异系数分别为63. 5%、45. 6%、39. 2%、28. 7%、20. 3%。共选出4个影响稻米品质的主成分因子,累计贡献率达91. 069%。13个粳稻品种(系)的糙米率、整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度和胶稠度表现较好,多数粳稻品种(系)的直链淀粉含量较低。聚类分析将13个品种(系)归为5类,有76. 9%的品种(系)被归在第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类,显示出遗传距离较近、遗传基础狭窄的特点。In order to understand the quality characteristics of Japonica rice in Songjiang District of Shanghai,12 rice quality traits of 13 Japonica rice varieties(lines)in Songjiang District of Shanghai were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were complex correlations among 12 rice quality traits.The chalkiness,transparency,chalky grain rate,amylose content and length-width ratio of 13 varieties(lines)were significantly different,the variation coefficients were 63.5%,45.6%,39.2%,28.7% and 20.3%,respectively.Four principal component factors affecting rice quality were selected,and the cumulative contribution rate was 91.069%.The brown rice rate,head rice rate,chalky grain rate,chalky degree and gel consistency of 13 Japonica rice varieties(lines)were better,while the amylose content of most Japonica rice varieties(lines)was lower.Cluster analysis classified 13 cultivars(lines)into 5 categories,76.9% of which were classified into Class I and Class II,showing the characteristics of near genetic distance and narrow genetic basis.
