摘  要:根据先进场面运动引导控制系统的监视要求和机场场面的道路信息,对机场场面上的运动目标建立运动模型集;针对容积卡尔曼滤波器(cubature Kalman filter, CKF)的特点进行研究,将其应用到变结构交互式多模型(variable structure interacting multiple model, VSIMM)算法中,采用一种新型运动目标跟踪算法VSIMM-CKF;根据场面移动目标的复杂性,将VSIMM-CKF应用到机场场面运动目标跟踪中.通过仿真分析将本文采用的VSIMM-CKF算法与IMM-EKF和VSIMM-UKF进行比较,仿真结果表明:VSIMM-CKF和VSIMM-UKF的跟踪精度明显优于IMM-EKF,且VSIMM-CKF要略好于VSIMM-UKF;在算法运行时间方面,VSIMM-CKF算法时间要低于VSIMM-UKF和IMM-EKF,因此,采用的VSIMM-CKF更能满足机场场面运动目标的高精度和实时跟踪要求.Based on the advanced surface movement guidance and control system and the road information of the airport surface, a motion model set was established for the maneuvering target on the airport surface. The characteristics of the Cubature Kalman filter(CKF) were studied and applied to variable structure interacting multiple model(VSIMM) algorithm, then a novel maneuvering target tracking algorithm VSIMM-CKF was adopted. According to the complexity of the airport surface maneuvering target, the VSIMM-CKF was applied to the airport surface maneuvering target tracking. The VSIMM-CKF algorithm used in this paper is compared with IMM-EKF and VSIMM-UKF by simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the tracking accuracy of VSIMM-CKF and VSIMM-UKF is obviously better than IMM-EKF, and VSIMM-CKF is slightly better than VSIMM-UKF. The VSIMM-CKF algorithm takes less time than the VSIMM-UKF and IMM-EKF in terms of algorithm run time. Therefore, the VSIMM-CKF adopted in this paper can better meet the requirements of high-precision and real-time tracking of airport surface maneuvering targets.
